NEW CLIENTS

Any questions or concerns, you may call or text us at 856-478-8599, direct message @whiteoakhairco on Instagram, or the ARTIST that you are requesting on Instagram. Each of our artists’ Instagram handles are listed on our team's page. If requested, your ARTIST will give you a quote during an in-person consultation.
SCHEDULING
A credit card is required on file to schedule an appointment. At White Oak Hair Co., we reserve the right to charge the card on file for any missed/ late appointments. In the event that your card is declined you must pay the remaining balance before scheduling future http://appointments.To schedule an appointment, you may call or text us and we will get back to you during our scheduled business hours. Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation
ONLINE BOOKING DEPOSIT
In order to schedule an appointment(s) through our online booking system a $25 deposit is required to hold the appointment. See our 48 hour cancellation policy below.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of the $25 deposit fee charged on the card on file.
NO SHOW
In order to respect the time of our ARTISTS, failure to contact the salon if you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment will result in a ‘no-show’, and will be charged 50% of the cost for your service/s booked.
LATE
Please be courteous to your ARTIST and other GUESTS. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment. GUESTS WHO ARE CONTINUOUSLY LATE may be charged an additional $25 or refused permanently.
KERATINS
Keratin treatments are wonderful and everyone enjoys them. However, they take a very significant amount of time for us to complete the full service. When they are canceled with short notice, the artist loses out on the money from the service plus any services they could have performed on other guests. WHITE OAK HAIR CO. reserves the right to take a non-refundable deposit when scheduling these appointments. This deposit is credited toward the service the day the service is performed. This ensures that the guest is serious about the service and RESPECTS THE ARTIST’S TIME. If the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours of the scheduled service, the guest forfeits the non-refundable deposit.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
We all love the look of hair extensions and we hope you appreciate the time and talent and amount of work that we put into them. To support our stylists, we here at White Oak reserve the right to add a 20% tip to the cost of service. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our stylists.
PRICING
All of our prices listed are a starting point and vary according to the artist that you schedule with. They are based on an average service. There are certain circumstances that require additional charges (hair that is extra thick, extra long, any time we need to use additional product to achieve the desired results…). Please take note that all of our pricing is subject to change.
REFUNDS
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake MADE BY THE ARTIST... not something you might have changed your mind ABOUT (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 or more days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. Please keep in mind, previous use of box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
White Oak Hair Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff AND/OR WORK THAT WE KNOW WILL NOT TURN OUT RIGHT.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in Salon credit will be issued.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
- Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
- Lost or stolen gift cards can't be replaced.
- Gift cards must be present when redeemed.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates are valid at White Oak Hair Co. only for all products and services available.
- Donation gift cards are only redeemable for services, no retail purchases are allowed on a donation gift card.
PRIVACY
Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
White Oak Hair Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment..
CHILDREN
White Oak Hair Co. is a Family Friendly Studio, However, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed.
HEAD LICE
It is against Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
